Description: We need to extract raft snapshot integration tests from runner
module to table module to reduce the load on [Runner
suite|https://ci.ignite.apache.org/viewType.html?buildTypeId=ApacheIgnite3xGradle_Test_IntegrationTests_ModuleRunner&branch_ApacheIgnite3xGradle_Test_IntegrationTests=%3Cdefault%3E&tab=buildTypeStatusDiv]
which takes more than 29 minutes. (was: We need to extract integration tests
