Kirill Tkalenko updated IGNITE-20857:
-------------------------------------
    Description:
To implement a more optimal version of the algorithm from IGNITE-20863, it
would be useful for us to obtain a list of indexes of a specific catalog
version
(*org.apache.ignite.internal.catalog.CatalogService#indexes(catalogVersion,
tableId)*) in sorted order by index ID
(*org.apache.ignite.internal.catalog.descriptors.CatalogIndexDescriptor#id*).

What exactly allows us to optimize?

Allows linear processing of the resulting list of indexes and the list of table
indexes for a catalog version. In particular, determine which indexes are
missing from the resulting index selection.
