{{HeapLockManager}} notifies {{OrphanDetector}} of a lock conflict to check
whether the lock holder is still alive and immediately fail the request if it
is not (done in IGNITE-21147).
{{HeapUnboundedLockManager}} does not have similar changes, it does not check
the response from {{OrphanDetector}}.
