Currently, predicate doesn't pushed down under LogicalCorrelate node. As a
result, complex queries with multiple joins, such q2, q4, q21, q22 from TPC-H
suite, executed as a humongous cross join of several tables with post
filtration afterwards.
This could simply be addressed by introducing {{CoreRules.FILTER_CORRELATE}} to
rule set.
