As the CLI grows we see that sometimes there are some clashes in short options.
We have to review all our short options and define the list of these options.
For example, -u means "user" or "url" depending on the context. This is
confusing.
As a result, I would expect the refactoring of short options and dropping
clashes. Also, the command descriptions should be reviewed and improved. The
CLI should be self-descriptive and there should be no need to open a web doc in
most cases.
