The indexes are not correctly restored from cache dumps. At least for
DDL-created caches/tables. Neither dumped CacheConfiguration or StoredCacheData
doesn't contain entire indexes info. Moreover, StoredCacheData is the internal
and should not be used at all (see [1]). Test attached.
