Description:
During implementation of IGNITE-17237 were added set of tests. However added
set of tests is insufficient.
Let's add the following test scenarios:
* Test for logging formatting including checking different types and numbers
of parameters including absent and null values.
* Availability of all declared logging levels and their correspondence to the
output.
* For embedded and Client: Ability to use different types of logging
backends(majority of popular logging frameworks) depending on the availability
of the classpass.
* For Cloud: that we can obtain logs in cloud.
