Once IGNITE-21551 is implemented, it will be possible to set the time zone in a
user session.
The session time zone is taken into account when calling functions for
obtaining the current time (CURRENT_TIMESTAMP, etc), as well as when processing
a string literal for the 'TIMESTAMP WITH LOCAL TIME ZONE' type.
For this to work correctly, you need to transfer the client's time zone through
the thin client.
