Description:
* SQL commands should be removed:
* {{BEGIN [TRANSACTION]}} -> {{SqlBeginTransactionCommand}}
* {{COMMIT [TRANSACTION]}} -> {{SqlCommitTransactionCommand}}
* {{ROLLBACK [TRANSACTION]}} -> {{SqlRollbackTransactionCommand}}
* {{SELECT FOR UPDATE}}
* etc.
All corresponding parsing code should be removed too.
