Summary: Add integration tests for eventlog configuration

Now we have a lack of integration tests for eventlog feature. There are
multiple constraints for the configuration that should be tested: the linkt to
the channel from the sink should be valid (on any config change), the set of
events in channel should be valid event types.
Also we should write integration tests for the configuration changes on running
cluster and prove that the evenlog feature reflects any configuration changes
without cluster restart.r
