When making initial integration of dynamic indeces with the system in
IGNITE-20782, an assumption was assumed (for simplicity) that the Catalog never
gets compacted. To make it possible to enable the compaction of the Catalog in
IGNITE-21991, we need to prepare code related to indexes to the Catalog
compaction.
