IGNITE-20477 made {{IgniteComponent.start}} asynchronous. Now it's time to make
a symmetrical change to {{IgniteComponent.stop}}. It should also become
asyncronous.
Additionally, the methods should be renamed according to the Code Style
Guidelines to startAsync and stopAsync accordingly.
