We already have *IgniteDbDataReader* (IGNITE-18478), let's add other essential
classes to enable integrations with higher-level frameworks (e.g. EF Core -
IGNITE-20475):
* DbConnection
* DbCommand
* DbParameter
* DbParameterCollection
* DbTransaction
