ignite recovery restart-partitions --nodes <nodeIds> --zone <zoneName> --table
<tableName>
[--partitions <partitionIds>] [--purge]
--partitions - empty/missing means all partitions.
--table - temporary parameter, we will need to get rid of it after implementing
the collocation of tables in one zone.
