This is a clone of CALCITE-6412 issue.
By default {{SqlToRelConverter}} is not able to convert AST with SqlMerge that
contains all columns but in an order different from the order specified by the
schema (see IGNITE-22164).
The workaround for this issue n the AI3 codebase should be removed when this
bug is fixed.
