Description: Final cleanup of MVCC code. (was: To cleanup MvccUtils and
enum RowData:
* LINK_ONLY
* LINK_WITH_HEADER
* NO_KEY_WTH_HINTS.
Delete MVCC classes:
* MvccVersion
* MvccVersionImpl
* MvccUpdateVersionAware.
The remaining MvccUtils.tx(..) methods will be removed in IGNITE-21345)
