Vadim Pakhnushev resolved IGNITE-22281.

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I couldn't find any reason for this behavior other than probable {{IgniteImpl}}
leaks in integration tests.
IGNITE-22333 and IGNITE-22342 hopefully improved the situation with full test
runs.
