Since the *org.apache.ignite.internal.replicator.ReplicationGroupId* class is
in the *ignite-core* module, it is not possible to add a simple general
serialization mechanism to the
*org.apache.ignite.internal.network.NetworkMessage*. We will need to use it in
code with TODO.
