There are several task to be done in this ticket:
- Allow BinaryRowMatcher to match nulls
- Make binaryRow comparison less verbose in tests
- Add extra test cases for scanning (test, where scanning timestamp is bigger
then last commit timestamp)
- Update TestMvPartitionStorage.scan behavior matching with other
PartitionStorage implementations. Now it filters out write-intents
