An insert statement with dynamic params fails with weird {{Values passed to
VALUES operator must have compatible types}} when parameter doesn't exactly
match type of the column in table. Similar query but with literal work as a
charm, as well as insert from source table, thus I would expect the case with
dyn params work as well.
There is a test disabled with this ticket
(org.apache.ignite.internal.sql.engine.ItCastToTsWithLocalTimeZoneTest#implicitCastOfDynParamsOnInsert).
