Description:
/management/v1/cluster/reset should be extended with
metastorageReplicationFactor parameter (a positive int such that number of
nodes in the physical topology is enough to serve as majority). If it's passed,
then newCmgNodes parameter becomes optional. If it's omitted, then current CMG
nodes are taken from the current CMG group; if the leader is absent, the
operation fails.
Invocation of this endpoint should initiate metastorage repair.
