We have a task for backporting releases since 1.3.10 to 1.3.14 from JRaft. As a
first step we made a refinement where briefly analysed the scope, but we
realised that we must deeply understand some changes. Commits could be found in
the attachment.
After this task is done we must understand fully all made changes from JRaft.
