When any option is present on the command line and the positional parameter is
typed partially, the parameter completion doesn't work.
Type {{cli config get ig}}}, then press TAB, it will be completed to {{ignite.}}
If instead there were an option {{cli config get -v ig}}, the completion will
not happen.
