Description: IgniteTransactions obtained in embedded mode via
IgniteServer.api() should remain functional even after the node gets restarted
(using in-process restart). This should work analogously to how it's done for
IgniteTables (see RestartProofIgniteTables). (was: IgniteTransactions obtained
