*Description*
The main goal is to update {{FeatureChecker#JAVA_VER_SPECIFIC_WARN}} message
because the only option now is to use Java 11 or above, also the link inside
leads to an old Ignite version documentation website.
*Motivation*
User messages should be up to date.
*Definition of done*
1. {{FeatureChecker#JAVA_VER_SPECIFIC_WARN}} doesn't mention Java versions.
2. {{FeatureChecker#JAVA_VER_SPECIFIC_WARN}} only warn about disabled JVM
startup parameters.
3. {{FeatureChecker#JAVA_VER_SPECIFIC_WARN}} contains 3.0.0-beta version
