Summary: Rename IgniteDistribution related distribution functions
in order to get rid of misleading "affinity" word

*Motivation*
In IGNITE-23181 we get rid of "affinity" term describing the partition
distribution algorithm in Ignite.
Meanwhile, in sql-module, in
org.apache.ignite.internal.sql.engine.trait.DistributionFunction and its
inherited classes the "affinity" word still exists in class and method names.
It's not directly related to partition distribution and more connected with
query planning.
We need think how to rename it and do it.
*Definition of done*
There is no term "affinity" in SQL DistributionFunction.
