Since
*org.apache.ignite.internal.metastorage.server.KeyValueStorage#saveCompactionRevision*
will be called in the metastorage state machine, we need to advance safe time,
which was forgotten to do. We will also need to save the index and term after
the implementation of IGNITE-23318.
