Now the ubuntu-latest gitflow workflows use the Ubuntu-24.04 image

This image doesn't contain the Python 3.7 so the github commit-check action
fails with the following error:

Installed versions
Version 3.7 was not found in the local cache
Error: The version '3.7' with architecture 'x64' was not found for Ubuntu
24.04.

Python 3.7 config should be removed.
And possibly the 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12 ones added.
