Description:
After the metastorage compaction starts, we will no longer be able to read from
it to a revision less than or equal to the new compaction revision.
I think it is fair to delete from the
{*}org.apache.ignite.internal.causality.VersionedValue{*} that are used to
the metastorage revision.
