We can have this edge case:
# Create a sequence with any name. It creates sequence and a table with schema
“system”, and dynamic name “seq_{{{}sequence_id{}}}”
# Create new table with “seq_{{{}sequence_id{}}}” name. We will have 2 tables
with same name, but different schemas
# Select system.LOCAL_PARTITION_STATES , all data for this tables is doubled

What to do:
* Extend GLOBAL_PARTITION_STATES and LOCAL_PARTITION_STATES system views with
“schema_name” field
