Description:
To add to ignite.log info messages regarding IdleVerify procedure start and
finish.
At the moment there is only an indirect mentioning of 'VerifyBackupPartitions'
in Checkpoint. It includes info regarding the start of idle verify and its
intermediate result while the info about the completion of idle verify process
is absent.
