I noticed that components that use 
*org.apache.ignite.internal.rocksdb.flush.RocksDbFlusher* can use common 
threadpools, this needs to be fixed.

Let's start with 
*org.apache.ignite.internal.tx.storage.state.rocksdb.TxStateRocksDbSharedStorage*.
