Description:
Need to add some kind of benchmark to be able to measure fetching performance
of the ODBC driver, then profile it and improve performance where it is
possible. Pay attention to the fetching page size.
Consider adding "Fast first row" feature.
Consider adding {{FETCH_PAGE_SIZE}} connection argument.
