Currently, Ignite allow to the user to configure one root folder for persitence
via DataStorageConfiguration#storagePath.
In case specific server has several storage devices administration can't use
them out of the box. Complex operations with symlinks and file moving required.
To help administrator Ignite must provide ability to configure storagePath per
DataRegion.
Moreover, snapshot/cache dump mechanist must user DataRegion storage path when
creating copy of the files.
