As for now, indexes use `Arrays.compare(byte[], byte[])` function, which is
signed, for comparing binary strings.
SQL standard assumes byte strings are compared by octets using unsingned
version `Arrays.compareUnsigned(byte[], byte[]).
The change will affect storage binary compatibility.
