Summary: SQL: query_timeout should be used as transaction timeout

In SQL query_timeout can be re-used for the transaction timeout. This property
is already used for the query timeout. The only thing that should be done is to
set the query_timeout as the transaction timeout for the transaction that is
started implicitly.
