Description:
h3. Motivation
In order to finish tx cleanup logic it's required to support
WriteIntentSwitchReplicaRequest processing in colocation track. Please see
IGNITE-22621 for more details.
h3. Definition of Done
* Locks are released and writeIntents are converted to common values or
removed within tx flow in colocation track.
h3. Implementation Notes
* Depending on what will be implemented in IGNITE-22621 it might occur that
it's required to start with TxCleanupMessage and not
WriteIntentSwitchReplicaRequest
