Description:
Extend zone lock command (implemented in [1]) which creates new temporary zone
:
# New temporary tables copy
# Alive indexes (not in CatalogIndexStatus#STOPPING state)
# Create new org.apache.ignite.internal.event.Event with old and new zoneId
Consider it can be implemented in scope of [1]
