Run {{q16}} from {{TpchBenchmark}} on a single node cluster with scale factor
equals to 0.1. Make sure that {{MergeJoin}} is presented on the query plan. The
first iteration will never end. Thread dumps shows that there is no activity on
{{sql-exec}} threads.
Let's investigate and fix the issue.
