Description:
h3. Motivation
It's required to change TablePartitionId in PartitionReplicaListener with
ZonePartitionId in case of colocation enabled in order to properly ensure
primary replicas on the "server" side.

* Within PartitionReplicaListener PartitionGroupId is used where necessary.
