Description:
The `PartitionReplicaListener` class contains a lot of code that relates to
indexing. It looks reasonable to extract all this code to a separate class.
The following methods need to be moved to a new class:
* listener implementation `indexBuildingCatalogEventListener`
* listner initialization and registering
`prepareIndexBuilderTxRwOperationTracker()`
