Table column system views lacks information on whether or not a column is a 
part of a collocation key / primary key. Let's update this system view to 
include this information.

- Deprecate `SYSTEM.TABLES.COLOCATION_KEY_INDEX` column.
- Update `IgniteCatalogDsl` to use this system view information.
