In {*}Apache Ignite 3{*}, to ensure compatibility across all nodes, the cluster
should enforce a single version for all nodes. When a new node attempts to join
the cluster, its version should be verified against the existing nodes. If the
version differs, the join request should be restricted to prevent potential
incompatibility issues.
