Summary: Dealing with a log message about a failed page write at a
checkpoint

It found that the logs can sometimes contains the message "Checkpoint pages
were not written yet due to unsuccessful page write lock acquisition and will
be retried [pageCount=1]" quite often.
This can be a bit disturbing for users, we need to reduce the interval for
print such messages.
