Description: IGNITE-24807 introduced a change that was neither discussed,
nor mentioned in the ticket description, namely setting
{{squash_commit_message}} to {{PR_TITLE_AND_DESC}}. This has proven to be very
inconvenient and must be reverted to its original value (i.e. no value) or
reduced to just {{PR_TITLE}}. (was: IGNITE-24807 introduced a change that was
neither discussed, nor mentioned in the ticket description, namely setting
{{squash_commit_message}} to {{PR_TITLE_AND_DESC}}. This has proven to be very
inconvenient and must be reverted to its original value (i.e. no value).)
