Description: {{GridClientByteUtils}} methods are used in {{IgniteUtils}},
which methods (eg. {{IgniteUtils#shortToBytes}}) just proxies calls to
corraponding {{GridClientByteUtils}} methods , so it should be moved before all
common methods from {{IgniteUtils}}. (was: `GridClientByteUtils` methods are
