Description:
h3. Motivation
In https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-22282 and
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-22091 we have introduced CLI
methods to work with partition states and reset/restart partitions. We need to
support the same for zone's partitions.
h3. Definition of done
* CLI supports operation with zone's partitions, as it was supported for
table's partitions, when colocation is enabled.
