Description:
When working on other issues I noticed a couple of places that can be improved:
# {{DistributionZonesUtil.findTablesByZoneId}} is redundant, there exists a
better alternative in Catalog API;
# {{StoragePartitionMeta}} javadoc is lacking information a little bit.
