The JaCoCo plugin was introduced into the project several years ago but has
never been actively used. It was also never integrated into the visa
acquisition process or any CI/CD pipeline for automatic code coverage
verification. To reduce maintenance overhead and eliminate unused dependencies,
we should safely remove the plugin from the project configuration.
