Still works incorrect in this case:
1) add cluster
2) add Binary Configuration > Type Configuration
3) Save
4) delete Type Configuration
5) Check\Uncheck Compact footer
Observing:
6) Click Undo in the Binary section - deleted Type Configuration doesn't restore
7) Undo on top level has different state compare to Undo in section
